Where it came from

Rentamira is a marketing agency for hospitality operators. Direct bookings, homeowner acquisition, the websites and the campaigns behind both. Doing that work well means answering questions that cross systems: what a guest touched before they booked, which homes are pacing behind last year, which owner is about to leave.

No single tool answers those. The PMS knows the bookings. The pricing tool knows the rates. The CRM knows the owners. The analytics knows the sessions. Each one is right about its own slice and blind to the rest.

So we built the layer underneath: one warehouse that reads every tool an operator already runs, and a set of agents that watch the whole picture and surface what is worth acting on. That layer is Pro Agentic Studio.

What we believe

The data belongs to the operator. The warehouse is theirs. Access comes from their own accounts, granted by them, and they can withdraw it at any time. We hold no vendor relationship on their behalf.

Read only, by construction. The connectors cannot write back into the systems they read. That is not a policy, it is how the credentials are scoped.

A person decides. The system finds the opportunity and drafts the response. Approving it is a human act, and it stays that way unless an operator explicitly chooses otherwise for a narrow class of small offers.

Definitions before dashboards. Most disagreements about a revenue number are disagreements about a definition. We settle those first and put the basis on the label.

How we work

Setup takes less than a week. We connect the tools, agree the definitions, and show the first findings against a report the operator already trusts. Where a tool has an API we write a connector; where it does not, we take a recurring extraction on a schedule.

Pro Agentic Studio works on its own, and it works harder next to Rentamira's marketing and agency services. The system finds the opportunity; the agency is often what turns it into revenue.
