Pro Agentic
Studio

Your tools, your terms, one system.

For hospitality companies

More revenue, stronger operations, better guest and homeowner relationships.

Pro Agentic Studio reads the systems you already run and shows your team what to do today: the opportunity, what it is worth, and a drafted next step. It starts with your PMS. Every tool you connect after that shows more.

A person on your team approves every action.
Day one

Your PMS alone is enough to start.

Connect your property management system. The agents then work on what it already holds:

Your business numbers come with it: revenue, RevPAR, direct booking share, repeat guests, homes under management and homes retained, each against the same month last year.

Your other tools

Every tool you connect shows more.

Connect only what you run. Each tool adds what it knows.

Guest messagingGuests waiting on a reply, and in-stay problems caught before they become a review.
ReviewsLow reviews to put right, and your guest rating by home.
PricingNights that look open but are blocked are taken off the list, and the recommended price sits beside the live one.
OperationsCleanings that ran late before a returning guest, and arrivals with no cleaning scheduled.
CRMHomeowner leads with no reply, and guests you already knew who booked through a channel.
Website analyticsHow many people visit your website, and how many bookings each hundred visitors bring.
AdsAd money aimed at a market whose nights ahead are already sold, once each campaign is matched to a market.

Some findings need two tools at once: a guest waiting on a reply before a stay already booked, or a late cleaning before a returning guest arrives. No single tool shows those.

The ScorecardStructure, not data

Thirteen KPIs, filling as your tools connect.

Seven of the Scorecard's thirteen KPIs fill from your PMS alone. Its own reviews and inbox fill two more: guest rating and first reply. Google Analytics fills unique visitors and bookings per hundred visitors. Two stay grey for now: cost per visitor and operating margin.

Cost of delay, value now minus value tomorrow$178

Of nights open 61 to 120 days out, 58% sold last year. The first night is 66 days away, so a day of waiting loses 1% of their value.

Copilot

A person on your team approves every action.

Every client starts in Copilot. The agents find the opportunity, work out what it is worth and prepare the next step. A person on your team reviews it and decides.

Autonomy comes later, and only if you choose it.

Agent by agent, once an agent’s work has been checked on your portfolio, you can let it act on its own within limits you set. You can switch it back at any time.

Some decisions always stay with a person.

A guest with a problem, a refund or a policy exception, and a first message to a homeowner.

The fleet

A fleet of 15 agents that work as one team.

Each agent has one job. They share one list of opportunities, ranked by what each is worth and what it loses by waiting. They follow the same rules: one conversation with a guest at a time, and a free night offered first to the guest staying beside it. The platform is the same for every client. Which agents run is chosen for yours. The fleet keeps growing, with new and finer ways to find opportunities in the tools you already run.

The Scorecard

Are we winning? One page answers it, every month.

Four pictures first: how the portfolio grew, revenue against last year, what the agents create once offers are sent, how guests rate you. Then your main KPIs, one or two per stage of the business, against the same month a year earlier, with the target and what is open against each. Sample data on a fictional company. Homeowners

Win homes. Keep them.

A homeowner who asks about management should hear back fast.

Running today, with your CRM

Owner Acquisition

Finds every homeowner lead with no reply and ranks it by the management revenue the home would add. It needs your CRM.

Onboarding and milestones

Your workflows for new and current homeowners, onboarding and milestones, run from the same system.

Next

Owner Retention

Once your owner records are connected, it will warn you when a homeowner is drifting, with the case and a plan, before the contract lapses.

How we measure

Measured, not estimated.

We will report what the agents add as a measurement, not an estimate. Once offers go out, a share of guests is held back and gets none. The difference in bookings between the two groups is what the agents added, for each agent and for all of them together.

Until then, we show what each agent found, what your team did with it, and what was booked, each labelled for what it is. We do not publish estimates as results.

Data and control

Your data, your control.

Your data is accessed securely. Every action remains under your control, either through your approval or the autonomy you explicitly grant.

Getting started

Start with your PMS.

Connect your systems. Once your data is synchronized and verified, your business numbers are ready to explore.

01

Connect

You connect your PMS from your own account, with a step-by-step guide. Your homes, reservations, rates and guests load into a private warehouse for your company alone. Add your other tools when you are ready.

02

Verify

We check your numbers against a report you already trust, and agree the definitions that change them: what counts as booked, which revenue figure you report, your time zone.

03

Your numbers

Your dashboards open: yesterday’s business, the Scorecard against last year, and every stage of the business. A figure we cannot stand behind is greyed, with the reason.

04

Your agents

We recommend the agents that fit your goals and the tools you connect. You switch them on in Copilot. Their recommendations open once we have checked them on your data.

Rentamira’s team supplies the human work beside it: brand, websites, creative direction, writing and the client relationship. Pro Agentic Studio holds the automation, the agents and the intelligence.

See it on your own business.

Thirty minutes by video. Bring one report you already trust. We start with what your PMS alone shows, then what each of your other tools would add.

We reply within one business day.
